Remote Bilingual Client Intake Specialist (English/Spanish)

United Signers helps people injured in accidents in the United States sign with personal injury law firms. We are hiring remote bilingual intake specialists.

What you'll do:

- Call people who have already contacted our partner law firms after an accident

- Build trust, answer their questions patiently, and guide them step by step through signing the retainer agreement by phone and e-signature

- Speak with clients in English and Spanish

- Make some outbound calls to US law firms

What we're looking for:

- Proven phone sales or closing experience

- Legal intake or personal injury experience is a plus, but not required

- Fluent English and Spanish

- Stable internet and a quiet place to work

- Availability during US Pacific business hours

Pay: about USD 1,200-1,500 per month (base pay plus a bonus per lead).

Fully remote, full-time.
