Recruiter

As a Recruiter, your primary job will be finding the most qualified candidates to join our team. You'll search for talent, review resumes, conduct interviews, and offer positions to suitable candidates. Working closely with hiring managers, you'll make sure we recruit the right people who strive to grow with us. Your efforts will help us build a diverse team, which is essential for reaching our goals as an organization.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 3+ years of experience in customer service

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and applicant tracking systems

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
