About the Role
At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates through interviews, offers, and successful hires.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused recruiting role for someone who knows how to build strong candidate pipelines, proactively source talent, assess candidates effectively, and keep multiple hiring processes moving simultaneously .
You’ll work closely with hiring managers and clients across different industries, helping them identify and secure high-quality talent while delivering a professional and responsive candidate experience.

What You’ll Own
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage hiring processes from initial intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand:
- Role requirements
- Ideal candidate profiles
- Hiring priorities
- Compensation expectations
- Hiring timelines
- Create and optimize job descriptions to attract relevant candidates
- Maintain momentum across multiple open positions simultaneously
- Keep hiring processes organized and moving toward successful placements
Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Source active and passive candidates through:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Indeed
- Glassdoor
- Boolean search
- Niche job boards
- Build targeted candidate pipelines based on hiring requirements
- Conduct proactive outreach to qualified candidates
- Go beyond inbound applicants to identify passive talent
- Develop reusable talent pools for recurring hiring needs
- Evaluate sourcing channels based on candidate quality and conversion
Screening & Interviewing
- Conduct structured phone and video interviews
- Assess candidates based on:
- Relevant experience
- Communication skills
- Technical or functional fit
- Career goals
- Role alignment
- Culture and working-style fit
- Administer assessments or screening exercises when required
- Prepare clear candidate summaries and hiring recommendations
- Maintain detailed and accurate interview notes in the ATS
Candidate Experience
- Keep candidates informed throughout every stage of the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews across multiple schedules and time zones
- Prepare candidates for client and hiring manager interviews
- Manage candidate follow-ups promptly
- Communicate expectations and next steps clearly
- Deliver a professional, responsive, and organized candidate experience
Hiring Manager & Client Partnership
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health and hiring progress
- Share relevant market feedback regarding:
- Candidate availability
- Compensation
- Hiring challenges
- Talent quality
- Facilitate interview debriefs and hiring discussions
- Help hiring managers make informed decisions through structured candidate evaluations
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Offer Management & Hiring Support
- Prepare and present candidate offers
- Support compensation discussions and negotiations
- Address candidate questions during the offer stage
- Maintain consistent communication to help reduce offer drop-off
- Coordinate hiring documentation and onboarding handoffs
Recruiting Operations & Reporting
- Maintain clean and accurate ATS records
- Track recruiting metrics including:
- Time-to-fill
- Source effectiveness
- Pipeline health
- Interview conversion rates
- Offer acceptance
- Maintain recruiting dashboards and hiring reports
- Ensure candidates move through pipeline stages accurately and efficiently
