InGenius Prep was founded in 2013 by law students at Harvard and Yale. In that time, the company has grown to a team of more than 190 full-time employees, 600 part-time employees, as well as offices in the U.S., Canada, China, amongst other countries.

How You’ll Help:

We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support hiring across the organization. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and move candidates through the recruiting process for a variety of full-time and part-time roles.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You’ll work as part of a collaborative recruiting team and play an important role in helping us find and hire great people.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage the day-to-day recruiting process for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer

- Source and engage candidates using available recruiting tools

- Review applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet the requirements of each role

- Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit

- Coordinate next steps and interviews with hiring managers and other interviewers

- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

- Keep candidate information and recruiting activity up to date in our ATS

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular updates on recruiting activity

- Help ensure candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process

- Support recruiting projects and other Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have:

- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing

- Experience sourcing and engaging candidates, particularly for high-volume or fast-moving roles

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- A proactive, customer-service-oriented approach

- Strong organization and attention to detail

- The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on deadlines

- Comfort working independently while also collaborating closely with a team

- Proficiency with Google Workspace and the ability to quickly learn new technology and recruiting tools

Bonus If You Have:

- Experience recruiting for sales or business development roles

- Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment

- Experience recruiting for both full-time and part-time positions

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms

Compensation:

The base salary range targeted for this role is $50,000–$60,000. This salary range represents our reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
