Position: Real Estate Brokers
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 4–6 weeks
Commitment: 20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities

- Evaluate AI-generated listing descriptions, negotiation scripts, and transaction summaries for quality and accuracy.

- Compare AI-generated responses based on transactional soundness, negotiation strategy, and market-relevant reasoning.

- Review brokerage scenarios involving pricing, contract terms, and closing coordination. Provide expert feedback.

- Leverage real-world expertise in overseeing transactions and managing brokerage operations.

- Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI systems in real estate contexts.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- 4+ years of experience as a Real Estate Broker, Managing Broker, Designated Broker, Broker Associate, Realtor, or similar role.

- Experience overseeing real estate transactions and negotiating between buyers and sellers.

- Ability to commit 20+ hours per week .

- Strong written English communication skills.

Compensation & Legal
- Task-based payment upon first task approval. Qualified experts will be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
