Job Description
The Implementation Consultant II, RCM is a developing professional who plays a key role in helping customers successfully adopt and optimize revenue cycle management solutions. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, this individual supports system configuration, workflow design, issue resolution, and implementation activities while building expertise in healthcare operations and revenue cycle processes. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and forward-thinking, with a passion for leveraging technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve customer outcomes, drive operational efficiency, and support successful product adoption.
What You'll Do

Support customer onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring a smooth transition to Ensora solutions.

Configure billing rules, payer setup, and claim workflows to align with customer requirements and best practices.

Partner with customers to understand current-state workflows and recommend system configurations that support operational goals.

Troubleshoot and resolve standard system and process issues, escalating more complex challenges when appropriate.

Assist with the validation of claims and identification of rejections, denials, and processing errors.

Document implementation activities, workflows, decisions, and system configurations.

Communicate effectively with customers, project stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and progress throughout implementations.

Monitor implementation milestones and support project deliverables to help ensure successful outcomes.

Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the customer experience.

Utilize available technology, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, support data-driven decisions, and optimize implementation results.

Stay current on industry trends, healthcare technology advancements, and revenue cycle best practices to support continuous improvement and innovation.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 or more years of experience.

Experience with system implementation, revenue cycle management (RCM), or healthcare operations.

Understanding of revenue cycle workflows and processes.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
