Key responsibilities:

1. Prospect Research: Identify and catalog contact information for university department chairs, maritime/colonial history faculty, and academic librarians who manage collection recommendations.

2. Review Outreach: Locate review editors at relevant academic journals, historical association newsletters, and independent book review platforms.

3. Structured Outreach: Personalize and send provided institutional outreach templates, following strict formatting and communication standards.

4. Distribution Pipeline Logging: Maintain accurate Google Sheets records of all outreach targets, follow-up timelines, and acquisition/review status.
