Project Manager for our Web Design Agency – Excellent English, Organized, Client Communication & Team Coordination

Hi there!! We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to help coordinate our growing web design agency. You’ll be the main point of contact between our clients (who are mostly in the USA) and our team (designer, developer, SEO specialist, QA, etc.), ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

We need someone who:

- Speaks and writes excellent English, clear, fluent, and professional (this is non-negotiable)

- Has experience managing website projects (WordPress, web design, marketing, or agency experience is a big plus)

- Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and can keep multiple projects on track

- Feels comfortable communicating directly with clients via email & chat

- Knows how to translate feedback between clients and the technical team

- Can track deadlines, deliverables, and feedback

- Can use tools like Google Workspace, ---------- , Google Drive, or ---------- to manage tasks and timelines

- Is proactive and confident, someone who can take initiative, not just wait for instructions

- BONUS: Has experience with WordPress, Elementor & Figma projects and understands general web design workflows

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Act as the main communication bridge between clients and our internal team

- Organize and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones

- Create and maintain task lists for each project

- Collect and organize feedback from clients and deliver it clearly to the right tea ---------- mbers

- Make sure all tea ---------- mbers (designer, developer, SEO, QA) are clear on what’s next and on schedule

- Follow up with clients regularly with updates and summaries

- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on scope, and at a high standard

- Suggest process improvements and ways to streamline communication
