Part Time Lead Generation & Outbound Specialist | Vacation Rental Websites

Villa Vision Builders builds custom direct booking websites for vacation rental owners and small property operators. We help them present their properties well, build their own brand, and rely less on booking platforms.

I’m looking for someone who can spend 10 to 15 hours per week finding suitable businesses, starting thoughtful conversations, following up, and helping book qualified calls with me. This is a hands-on role. I will handle sales calls and closing.

I’m open to your approach. You might be strong at Instagram or Facebook outreach, prospect research, email , partnerships, or another method you have used successfully. I want you to tell me which method you would start with for this business and why.

What you would do

- Find vacation rental owners or small operators with a clear reason to consider a better direct booking website.

- Identify the right business and contact route, with a link showing where you found them.

- Write personal, relevant outreach and follow up with interested prospects.

- Keep a simple record of prospects, messages, replies, and booked calls.

- Suggest improvements based on what prospects actually respond to.

You may be a good fit if you have

- Previous experience sourcing leads and starting outbound conversations.

- Clear, warm written English.

- Great use of AI (Codex, ClaudeWorkspace) to increase effectiveness

- Good judgment about which prospects are worth contacting.

- The ability to work independently and explain what is working.

Experience with vacation rentals, hospitality, or website services is helpful, but not required.
