Job Summary

Most of Porch's new insurance business flows through the comparative rater channel, making this role a direct driver of written premium growth. As Rater & Agency Integration Program Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and partner relationships for how comparative rating platforms — such as EZLynx, PL Rater, and Bolt — and large directly-integrated agencies connect into our business. You will serve as the single accountable owner for getting new products, states, and brands live on rater platforms quickly and reliably, migrating legacy point-to-point integrations onto our Gateway API, and ensuring every live connection is optimized to maximize new business production. Operating at the intersection of engineering, product, distribution, and external partners, you will also serve as the technical bridge to our Sales and Distribution teams — providing scoping support for strategic prospects and ensuring agents have what they need to capture the rates they're eligible for.
What You Will Do As A Rater & Agency Integration Program Manager

- Own the roadmap and drive execution for getting new products, states, and brands live on comparative rater platforms (EZLynx, PL Rater, Bolt, and similar) in a timely fashion, treating launch speed as a direct driver of new business growth.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all rater and direct-agency integration issues, escalations, and migration requests — triaging, prioritizing, and driving them to resolution across engineering, product, and distribution.

- Own the strategy and roadmap for migrating comparative raters and large directly-integrated agencies from point-to-point connections onto the Gateway API, sequencing migrations by business impact, technical readiness, and risk.

- Partner with the API Product Manager and Engineering Manager to translate launch and migration roadmaps into scoped, sequenced engineering work, ensuring requirements reflect real-world rater and agency workflows.

- Work closely with Distribution leaders to align launch and migration timing, minimize disruption to active business, and coordinate communication with external partners.

- Run regular, proactive relationship touchpoints with rater partners and large directly-integrated agencies to surface pain points ahead of escalation, negotiate timelines, and identify opportunities to expand or improve connectivity.

- Join National Partner calls as the technical face of the team — partnering with partner engineers and product teams, and presenting directly to agents, to ensure the best eligible rate is being displayed.

- Define and track program-level KPIs including time-to-live, migration velocity, integration uptime, quote volume, conversion, discount capture rate, rate leakage, and escalation resolution time, reporting progress
