Product Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Product Manager to join our Houzz Pro team. Houzz Pro is an all-in-one business management platform that helps professionals win projects, work with their clients and teams, and run their businesses efficiently and profitably.
In this role, you will turn complex operational workflows and business needs into intuitive product experiences that Pros rely on every day. You will own key areas of the product end to end, shaping strategy and leading execution. Working closely with other PMs, Engineering, Design, and Data, you will build scalable tools that power the end-to-end Houzz Pro ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
- Product Strategy & Vision: Own the strategy and roadmap for your product area, from discovery through launch and iteration. Translate complex business challenges into clear, growth-oriented product strategies.

- Workflow Design & Logic: Understand how Pros actually run their businesses, and design workflows that hold up in real-world use.

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with PMs across Houzz Pro, as well as Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Support, to deliver a connected experience across the platform.

- Execution Excellence: Write crisp PRDs, manage backlogs, and lead planning to ship high-impact features that boost Pro efficiency and retention.

- Data-Driven Growth: Define and track core performance metrics, working closely with the Data Science team.

- Customer Empathy & UX Clarity: Partner directly with Product Design and our Pros to turn complex, multi-step processes into intuitive experiences that Pros love using every day.

At a Minimum, We'd Like You To Have
- Experience: 3-5 years of Product Management experience owning complex, multi-step B2B SaaS workflows.

- Collaborative Leadership: Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Support) to drive complex initiatives forward.

- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to leverage quantitative data and product analytics to optimize user journeys and system performance.

- Global Collaboration: Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate effectively with global development teams and international customers.

Ideally, You'll Also Have
- SMB SaaS Background: Experience building business management software for small and medium-sized businesses, such as CRM, project management, financial, or operations tools.

- Domain Context: Familiarity with home construction, remodeling, design, or trade business operations.
