You'll sit in the Product & Operations team and work directly with the CEO, engineers, and operators.</p><p>This isn't a typical PM role. The challenge isn't adding AI. It's making AI useful in messy, high-stakes workflows where a wrong answer can mean a missed payroll or a compliance breach.</p><p>A lot of this isn't defined yet. That's the point, and the scope is real from day one.</p><p></p><h3><strong>

What You'll Do</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Set AI product direction.</strong> Define where AI goes at RemotePass: not just individual features, but how AI fits into the core platform.</li><li><strong>Decide what to automate.</strong> Work out where AI genuinely removes friction, where humans should stay in control, and where AI shouldn't exist at all.</li><li><strong>Make complex data usable.</strong> Shape how customers interact with payroll, compliance, and payments data through AI.</li><li><strong>Turn real problems into product.</strong> Go deep on user problems across payroll, compliance, and operations.

Connect what AI can do to real customer use cases, and turn ambiguity into clear product decisions.</li><li><strong>Own the trade-offs.</strong> Make the calls between speed, accuracy, and trust in AI-driven workflows.</li><li><strong>Ship, test, and scale.</strong> Work closely with engineering to ship and iterate quickly, taking features from early stage to usable to scalable.</li></ul>
