Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Lines professional to join our growing team. As a Private Client Group Agent, you will work with our Corporate Lead team to manage and follow up on warm internal leads. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for sales, strong expertise in commercial lines insurance, and takes real pride in being the reason a client trusts FirstMark with their insurance needs.

Your key responsibilities may include:
- Managing a minimum of 5 warm internal lead calls per week; taking it from intake call all the way through binding their business
- Managing assigned policies in the FirstMark book of business; adding and rounding out coverage for clients
- Working referrals from agency owners
