As a Property Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, renovations, and overall performance of a portfolio of residential properties. You'll coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality. From managing maintenance requests and renovation timelines to maximizing occupancy and ensuring seamless property transitions, you'll play a critical role in protecting our assets and delivering exceptional service to owners and residents alike.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Required Experience

5+ years of property management experience.

Experience with property management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of maintenance coordination, renovations, budgeting, and vendor management.

Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, housing regulations, and property compliance requirements.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Pay: $12/hr
