At Plain Concepts, we're looking for a Portfolio Director with a strong technical background and a strategic mindset to lead high-performing teams in the technology consulting space.

This role combines technical leadership, people management, delivery excellence, and business development , acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams. You'll be responsible for driving project delivery, growing strategic accounts, and owning key client relationships across national and international engagements.

Key responsabilities:

- Lead the technical and operational strategy for strategic client accounts, ensuring quality, business value, and successful delivery.
- Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping innovative solutions, and expanding existing client relationships.
- Lead and coordinate teams of 30-60 professionals , including managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Ensure delivery excellence across projects involving Cloud, AI, Big Data, and Microsoft technologies .
- Own the definition and presentation of proposals , acting as a key business and technical partner for clients.
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust, value creation, and strategic alignment.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.
