🏢 About the Client The client is a fast-growing locum tenens and healthcare staffing agency that places physicians and advanced practice providers with hospitals across the U.S. The team pairs AI-powered tools with a personal, high-touch approach to fill urgent hospital needs quickly and keep doctors coming back.

💼 About the Role This is a physician recruiting role built around modern tools, not cold-call quotas. Our systems find and reach the right doctors, and your job is to turn those conversations into placements: engaging doctors by text, interviewing them, building strong submissions, and working with our credentialing, travel, and account teams to get them started. You will manage a high-volume candidate hunter schedule, acting as a phone-first recruiter who builds relationships through volume and consistency.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

📞 High-Volume Outreach & Screening: Execute a phone-first daily strategy (50+ morning calls, 50+ afternoon calls), run personalized text campaigns, and conduct 15–30 minute qualification calls to confirm credentials, availability, and geographic preferences.

📝 Candidate Submissions & CRM Management: Prepare clear, compelling candidate profiles for open hospital jobs. Log all activities, update statuses, and document detailed notes on preferences and objections in HubSpot.

🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration & Pipeline Management: Work seamlessly with credentialing, travel, and account management teams to ensure every doctor starts on time. Stay in touch with candidates before, during, and after assignments to drive repeat work.

✅ Qualifications & Skills
⭐ Core Requirements:

Recruitment / Sales Experience: 1–3 years in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or inside sales—preferably in healthcare, travel nursing, or professional services.

Phone Confidence & Resilience: Comfortable making 100+ calls daily, managing your own time to hit daily targets, and resetting quickly after rejection.

Conversational Agility: Excellent spoken English with the ability to shift tone seamlessly, ask the right qualifying questions, and expertly handle objections to keep doors open.
