Your Role:

As a People Development Officer , you will:

Conduct thorough training needs analyses across various departments using surveys, interviews, and performance data.

Design and develop comprehensive learning programs and workshops using instructional design methodologies.

Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops to diverse employee groups, adapting styles for different learning preferences.

Partner closely with department heads and HR Business Partners to ensure L&D initiatives support their objectives.

Maintain and update the company's Learning Management System (LMS) and training resource library.

-
Contribute to the enhancement of new employee onboarding programs for smooth integration.

Champion a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and internal knowledge sharing.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in a Learning and Development or Training role.

- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.

- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills to engage and motivate diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred skills/expertise

- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).

- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations related to training and development.

- Strong analytical skills for assessing training needs and evaluating program effectiveness.

- Experience within a BPO or corporate environment in the Philippines.
