Pension Calculations Specialist - Remote

Job Summary (List Format) – Pension Calculations Specialist:

- Calculate pension and related benefits , including complex retirement, survivor, and account adjustments.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with IRS regulations for all payouts and financial reporting.
- Research and verify financial transactions , reporting systems, and member information for accuracy.
- Communicate with employers to verify documents, resolve inquiries, and provide member support.
- Utilize computer systems to retrieve data and process payments, including non-standard processing.
- Apply knowledge of ASRS statutes, IRS regulations, and automated disbursement systems to daily tasks.
- Use advanced Excel and relational database skills for data analysis and processing.
- Work efficiently under strict guidelines and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication for professional correspondence.

- Preferred: Experience in financial institutions, banking, or accounts receivable/processing.
- Background checks and drug screenings required; local candidates only.
- Remote position with occasional in-office requirement.
