The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our daily client delivery. This is a consistent morning shift (US Eastern) that works out to an evening schedule in the Philippines, a great fit if you prefer your days free. We’re hiring with growth in mind: we want someone who can grow into a bigger role with us over time.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–9:00 AM EST

→ That’s 7:00 PM–9:00 PM Philippine Time (12-hour difference), 2 hours/day, 10 hours/week.

Room for Growth

This role is built to expand for the right person:

Months 1–3: 10 hours/week (2 hrs/day)

3-month review: If it’s a great fit on both sides, we move to 4 hours/day 20 hours/week

After 3 more months: We evaluate for a full-time position

Your growth is based on reliability, quality of work, and mutual fit.

What You’ll Do

Design & graphics: Create and refine social graphics, carousels, and branded assets using Claude Design and Canva

Reel editing: Edit short-form video (reels, clips) for client social accounts

Funnel building: Build and maintain funnels, landing pages, and checkout flows (primarily in GoHighLevel)

Email marketing & automation: Set up and manage email campaigns, workflows, and automations

Client updates & SOPs: Prepare client status updates and help document and maintain internal processes

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with Canva (and willingness to learn Claude Design)

Comfort editing short-form video

Familiarity with funnel/email platforms — GoHighLevel experience is a big plus

Strong attention to detail and clear written communication

Reliable internet and a quiet workspace during the shift

Able to commit to the fixed 7–9 AM EST window, Monday–Friday

Self-directed, organized, and able to follow (and improve) SOPs

Time Tracking

This role uses Hubstaff for time tracking. You’ll clock in and out through Hubstaff during your scheduled hours — comfort with (or willingness to use) time-tracking software is required.

Starting rate: $7.00/hour

Hours: 10/week to start, fixed 7–9 AM EST, Mon–Fri (with a clear path to 20 hrs/week, then full-time)

Location: Fully remote (Philippines-based)
