About Us
PROVE Partners (part of Allira Holding LLC) is hiring a Paralegal (remote) to join the legal team and provide direct support to the General Counsel. This is a newly created position, built around the licensing and contract work our General Counsel manages day to day. We're looking for someone with a legal background — paralegal or attorney — who also brings the organizational discipline of a project manager and the responsiveness of an executive assistant.

Qualifications
- Law degree highly preferred with equivalent hands-on paralegal experience.

- Demonstrated project management skills — comfortable owning a timeline, tracking multiple workstreams at once, and driving things to completion without close supervision.

- Experience supporting an executive or senior leader in an administrative or executive assistant capacity is a strong plus.

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, especially around dates, deadlines, and document accuracy.

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously as part of a distributed, cross-border team.

- Based in Latin America; must be able to overlap with U.S. business hours.

Compensation
This is a full-time, hourly contractor position paying $10.00–$12.00 per hour, equivalent to approximately $1,733.33–$2,080.00 per month based on a standard full-time schedule. Exact rate depends on experience. Employee is responsible for providing their own equipment.
