Order Management Manager (Remote Night Shift) (TH)

About our group: The AMER Seagate Order Management Team manages all Order Entry of Customer Orders for both EDS & Core from the Americas region. This Senior Manager position leads the AMER Order Management & WW EDS Order Management Team located Thailand. About the role - you will: - Lead and manage the AMER and WW EDS Order Management teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders. - Regularly communicate with the teams to provide updates, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement. - Collaborate with IT support to resolve system issues and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT). - Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage and resolve operational challenges. - Ensure standardization of order management processes across regions and coordinate with global teams for consistency. - Document and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. - Support teams in achieving performance goals and KPIs. - Make strategic decisions and allocate resources effectively to meet business objectives. About you: - An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams. - Experienced in team leadership, collaboration, and providing training and guidance. - Skilled in problem solving, coaching, and conflict resolution. - Fluent in English Your experience includes: - Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications. - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis using various tools. - Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field.
