Seeking an Oracle Cloud Integration Development Manager to join our team
This is a fully remote role with some travel to client sites. Require candidates to pass security clearance.

Are you a hands-on Oracle Integration leader who thrives on solving complex challenges while building high-performing teams?
We’re looking for an Oracle Cloud Integration Development Manager to play a pivotal role in a major Oracle Cloud transformation programme—leading the design, build, and delivery of integrations across a complex enterprise landscape.
This isn’t a traditional management role. You’ll co-lead a critical integration workstream, working side-by-side with an existing Integration Team Lead—sharing ownership, influencing direction, and driving delivery outcomes together. As well as getting involved in team management.

What you’ll be doing
Lead and deliver

Drive planning, delivery, governance and quality across the integration landscape

Align team priorities, manage workloads and ensure milestones are achieved

Act as an escalation point for complex delivery or technical challenges
Stay hands-on with technology

Design and build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Translate business requirements into scalable, resilient integration solutions

Lead on complex or business-critical integrations

Define integration patterns, standards and reusable components
Shape solutions and quality

Conduct design and code reviews to ensure best practice and consistency

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments

Support testing phases (SIT, UAT, performance) and post-go-live stabilisation
Collaborate and influence

Work closely with architects, functional leads, programme teams and suppliers

Build strong relationships to manage cross-team dependencies

Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Build and support your team

Mentor developers and help grow capability across the team

Foster an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture

Drive continuous improvement in standards, tools and ways of working
What we’re looking for
Essential experience
-
Strong track record leading or co-leading integration teams within Oracle Cloud / Fusion programmes

Deep, hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Proven ability to work in shared leadership or matrix environments

Expertise in integration approaches: APIs, REST, SOAP, event-driven and file-based

Experience delivering within large-scale transformation programmes

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to have

Integration experience across Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM or EPM

Exposure to DevOps / CI/CD approaches

Experience working in multi-vendor or system integrator environments

Knowledge of security, data protection and governance in integration design
