Oracle Cloud HCM Expert*

We are continuously looking for talented Oracle Cloud HCM Expert* to join our talent pool and support future projects with our clients. This is a generic and ongoing opportunity aimed at identifying professionals.

Priority will be given to candidates based in Luxembourg, but remote applications from European Union countries are also welcome.

Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyse business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.

- Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to support business processes.

- Participate in implementation, enhancement, and optimisation projects.

- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and solution designs.

- Support testing activities, including SIT and UAT.

- Investigate issues, perform troubleshooting, and propose solutions.

- Support data migration, integrations, and system maintenance activities.

- Provide user support, knowledge transfer, and post go-live assistance.

Technical Skills:

- Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (mandatory).

- Experience with one or several Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, Learning, Recruiting, or similar.

- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Security.

- Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Extracts.

- Familiarity with reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher.

- Understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and system integrations.

- Knowledge of Fast Formulas is considered an asset.

- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM is a nice to have.

Profile:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

- Proven experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud environments.

- Good understanding of HR processes and HR information systems.

- Experience in implementation, support, or transformation projects is an advantage.

- Professional proficiency in English.
