JOB SUMMARY:

The Principal Consultant, Client Services plays a key role in delivering impactful Oracle HCM solutions for mid-to-large enterprise clients. This role partners with clients and internal teams to understand business needs, lead strategic initiatives, deliver solutions, and ensure successful adoption, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

This position requires deep expertise in Oracle HCM Benefits and one of the following: Payroll, Recruiting, or Workforce Compensation, with experience across additional HCM modules considered a plus.

If you're passionate about Oracle HCM implementations, solving complex business challenges, and helping organizations transform their workforce technology, we'd love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-to-large clients, maintaining regular communication and resolving issues promptly to ensure high client satisfaction.

- Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud functionality, identify gaps, and design and configure solutions to close them — including application setup documentation and test script execution.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functionality issues, proactively identifying long-term fixes and advising clients on options, risks, and downstream impacts.

- Align client practices with validated HCM Cloud methods and best-practice solutions, then lead and present findings both internally and to clients.

- Act as a thought leader in the Oracle Cloud space, driving innovative solutions, knowledge transfer, and internal training and collaboration.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Engineering; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

- 5–10 years of Managed Services experience in a multi-client environment is required.

- Experience with 3+ full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

- Module-specific experience in Benefits and one of the following: Payroll, Recruiting, or Workforce Compensation; Oracle certification in your modules of expertise preferred.

- Ability to understand fundamental system design and translate it into business context.

- Proven ability to lead and manage mid-size client projects independently — including planning, estimating, and delivery — and to support sales as a subject matter expert.

- Track record of building long-lasting client relationships, delivering complex solutions, and managing multiple clients with shifting priorities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage effectively at both business and technical levels; self-motivated and able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
