Operations Manager (CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized individual to streamline our day-to-day operations, manage project management software, and assist leadership with executive administration. You will play a crucial role in maintaining software systems, coordinating with subcontractors, documenting company processes, and helping us leverage modern tools and automation to drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Software & Project Administration: -Manage daily tasks in Buildertrend (or similar construction management software), including taking required training lessons to master the platform. -Create, track, and manage purchase orders within Buildertrend. -Lead subcontractor onboarding and maintain up-to-date files for sub insurance, worker's compensation, and compliance. Executive & Operational Support: -Act as Personal Assistant to leadership: coordinate meetings, schedule deliverables, and manage team communication. -Research and secure vendor/contractor bids for upcoming projects. -Restructure, maintain, and organize company files in Google Drive. Process Optimization & AI Integration: -Interview team members to document current company workflows and build standard operating procedures (SOPs). -Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and improve company efficiency. Bonus: Research, test, and implement AI tools to optimize marketing, accounting, and general operations. Qualifications & Requirements: -Experience Experience with Buildertrend (or similar construction management software like Procore/CoConstruct) preferred. -Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new software platforms and workflows. -Basic understanding of construction processes -Core Skills:Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. -Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools like Zapier, etc.) applied to marketing or accounting.
