Requirements

Experience as an Operations Manager, Business Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, or a similar leadership role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proven experience managing day-to-day business operations and cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

Experience developing, implementing, and improving operational processes and workflows.

Ability to analyze KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions.

Experience using project management and productivity tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp, or similar.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment.

Experience working in a fast-paced, international, or high-growth organization is a plus.
