About the job:
Position: Operations Associate

Location: Work From home

Working Hours: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (IST)

We are looking for a person who would love to be part of a purpose-driven organisation that is assisting NGOs in raising donations from individuals and believes strongly in the role of technology to enable it. The role will require excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, an ability to do a diverse range of activities and be willing to do what it takes to achieve the goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboard new NGOs on the platform by verifying their documents.

2. Handle Customer Support/ client related queries

3. Perform other finance/operational/administrative tasks assigned from time to time.

- 9. Familiarity of working on computer with various MS Office software's like Word, Excel etc.
- 10. This role is ideally suited for employees with 0-2years.

danamojo is India's first payment solutions platform designed specifically for NGOs. Our purpose is to help NGOs raise more funds from individuals by providing a convenient and efficient mechanism to collect donations and engage donors. We provide an 'e-commerce-like donation storefront' allowing donors to select donation products, provide both online (credit card, debit card, net banking, mobile wallets, and EMI) and offline (cheque pickup in 100+ cities) modes of payment. A customized thank you mail and an 80G receipt are sent on confirmation of the donation. The platform is integrated in less than 5 minutes on the NGO's website. Donor engagement campaigns increase donations for our NGOs by up to 10%. We have 600+ NGOs on our platform. We hope to change the landscape of giving by enabling 10,000+ NGOs with an easy way to collect money from their donors and provide tools and systems to help them better interact with their donors in a consistent and convenient manner.
