Client Happiness Associate - Fresher (WFH)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the interior design project lifecycle.

2. Coordinate with internal teams, including Design, 3D Visualization, Procurement, FF&E, Operations, Finance, and Project Management.

3. Track project milestones, deadlines, approvals, and client commitments.

4. Follow up with internal departments to ensure tasks are completed on time.

5. Share regular project updates with clients and proactively communicate delays or changes.

6. Maintain project trackers, meeting minutes, approvals, and client records.

7. Review presentations, documents, and other deliverables before sharing them with clients.

8. Identify potential delays or client concerns and coordinate timely resolutions.

9. Manage client expectations professionally and ensure transparent communication.

10. Collect client feedback and testimonials after project completion.

Salary:
₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Other Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture or Civil engineering (mandatory).
- 2. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
- 3. Candidates should have an interest in client relationship management and project coordination.
- 4. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, Excel, and project management tools will be an advantage.
