POSITION SUMMARY: - Provide analytical and operational support to leadership by analyzing data, identifying trends, and delivering insights that drive operational improvements and strategic decision-making. - Develop reports, dashboards, and executive presentations that monitor key performance indicators and support business objectives. - Partner with Operations, Finance, and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and implement strategic initiatives. - Assist with documentation, project tracking, and process improvement efforts to ensure accurate reporting and operational excellence. - Support high-priority operational projects by managing deliverables, evaluating performance metrics, and providing data-driven recommendations. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor's degree required with 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, finance, accounting, corporate development, or a related analytical field. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, and PowerPoint with experience creating reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Highly motivated self-starter with experience collaborating across Operations, Finance, IT, Revenue Cycle, HR, Analytics, Clinical, or other cross-functional teams. - Healthcare industry experience preferred with a demonstrated ability to support operational improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
