- Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate team members or supervisors
- Multitask effectively by managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality

- Strong active listening skills and empathetic approach to customer interactions
- Proven customer service experience (retail, support, hospitality, or related field preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously without compromising quality
- Fast and accurate typing skills with proficiency in using chat platforms
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions
