About the Role

This is a full-time remote role that owns the most important stretch of the customer journey: the first few weeks. As an Onboarding Manager, you'll take new customers from signup to their first wholesale wins on Overjoy — running onboarding calls, driving time-to-value, and making sure no customer stalls out before they see results.
Responsibilities

Own onboarding calls with new customers, guiding them through setup to first value

Train customers on Overjoy's product, features, and best practices

Troubleshoot issues and answer questions throughout onboarding

Coordinate with sales, account management, and engineering to resolve customer needs

Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and training materials

Continuously improve the onboarding process based on what you see in the field

Meet or exceed onboarding KPIs, including time-to-value and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success

Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Familiar with CRM management

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customers at once

Experience in CPG or wholesale is a plus

Pay Range: $70,000–$90,000 USD per year
