Position Summary:
The Regional Manufacturing Learning & Development Specialist will lead the deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Dozuki digital work instruction and training platform across manufacturing facilities in North America. This role partners with Operations, Continuous Improvement, HR, and plant leadership teams to standardize work instructions, enhance workforce training, and support digital transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will lead site implementations, deliver training, coach local teams, drive user adoption, and establish sustainable governance practices that improve operational performance and workforce development. This is a highly visible position with opportunities to collaborate with manufacturing leaders across approximately 30 facilities throughout the United States and Canada. The role offers valuable experience in operational excellence, change management, workforce development, and digital manufacturing technologies.
Location: Remote (United States or Canada)
Travel: Up to 50% throughout North America.
Qualifications:

Bachelor'sdegreeinHumanResources,Learning&Development,Education,OrganizationalDevelopment,Business,orarelatedfieldpreferred;equivalentcombinationofeducationandsignificantrelevantexperiencewillbeconsidered.

ExperienceinLearning&Development,trainingdelivery,employeeonboarding,instructionaldesign,workforcedevelopment,orcorporatetrainingprograms.

Demonstratedabilitytofacilitatetraining,engagelearners,anddriveadoptionoflearninginitiativesacrossdiverseemployeepopulations.

Strongtechnicalaptitudewithexperienceutilizinglearningtechnologies,digitaltrainingplatforms,orlearningmanagementsystems(LMS).

ExperiencewithWorkdayLearning,LMSplatforms,trainingsoftware,digitalworkinstructionsystems,orcomparablelearningtechnologiespreferred.

Abilitytoquicklylearnnewsystemsandtechnologies,includingtheDezukidigitaltrainingplatform.

Abilitytoworkindependentlyinaremoteenvironmentandtravelupto50%tosupporttraininginitiativesacrossmultiplelocations.
Preferred Qualifications:
