Nordic Commercial Lead Livestock Identification

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The MAH Identification Commercial Lead is a role part of the Livestock Technology Team in the North East cluster, representing Nordic markets. The purpose of this role is to deploy the strategy for livestock identification, both for official traceability and management.
The strategic approach includes Visual ID, Electronic ID, Tissue Sampling, Traceability and Automation across the countries. The scope of this role is to lead and deploy the strategy for Identification in the cluster, enforcing the company’s goals and livestock species strategies in the local markets. Further, ensuring alignment with the Livestock Identification Strategy with all functions and levels within the organization of Our Company's Animal Health.

PRINCIPAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The MAH Livestock Identification Commercial Lead is responsible to localize and deploy the Identification strategy within the counties of responsibility. Further to support development of specific Identification innovation strategies while ensuring alignment and consistent commercial development within the region.
As a Livestock Identification Commercial Representative in our Commercial team, she/he will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing efficient territory plans, and building robust relationships with our customers and stakeholders. The role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, an in-depth understanding of our products, and an ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
Core Responsibilities:

Sales Performance : Endeavour to achieve and exceed the allocated monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in the designated territory and product responsibility. Managing and tracking financial goals and budget.

Customer Engagement/Sales : Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their individual needs and tailoring solutions within the context of our portfolio of products and services.

Collect Customer Feedback : Actively gather and document customer feedback to measure satisfaction levels and identify and drive areas for improvement.

Lobbying : Maintain a positive relationship with competent authorities, clients and industry influencers to drive new business through lead generation activities.

Territory Planning : Develop and maintain a territory plan that logically groups your customers into an efficient geographical and opportunity pipeline. Understanding of local stakeholders and competent authorities who are key influencers for your core target audience.

Organization & Time Management : stay on track when completing their daily tasks. Having this competency can help keep individuals on task throughout the sales process. Time management also involves planning for future sales, special occasions and other events that may impact your sales.

Account Management : Maintain a positive relationship and account plans that provide clear understanding of key influencers, sales opportunity status and insights to opportunities. Understand and evaluate farm routines and act as an advisor to recommend changes for optimization allowing for full implementation of our technology.
