.NET Software Engineer
Integra Partners is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET) to drive the design, development, and evolution of our healthcare technology platform. This role goes beyond hands-on development—you will provide technical leadership, shape architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, distributed, and cloud-native applications
- Define and enforce software engineering standards and best practices
- Drive adoption of microservices and event-driven architecture
- Development & Delivery
- Develop and maintain high-performance applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)
- Build containerized, cloud-based services (Azure/Kubernetes)
- Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and resilient
- Complete projects on time as per sprint commitments and drive delivery
- Production Support
- Actively manage production issues and resolve in a timely manner
- Create hotfixes and push to production
- Data & Performance Engineering
- Design and optimize complex SQL queries and schemas
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and production issues
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews
- Break down complex initiatives and guide execution
- Collaboration & Execution
- Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Lead sprint planning and delivery commitments
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong ability to develop unique, outside the box ideas.
- 7+ years of software development experience
- Strong development experience in web development experience using ASP.NET MVC, C#.
- Strong understanding of Functional and Object-Oriented Programming principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure SQL Server or other relational databases with Strong development experience in SQL Server, including debugging and understanding complex SQL code.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient CSS, JavaScript, jQuery Web components knowledge is a plus.
- Experience using and creating RESTful APIs is a plus.

What will you achieve in the first 12 months?
You will be part of the team that will support existing applications and build set of services of our future state platform using best practices and advanced technologies. You will have an opportunity to work on different layers of application from UI to DB schema designs.
Salary: 120,000.00
