.NET Lead Developer

Your qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

- At least 10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years leading solution design and the technical work of developers for enterprise applications.

- Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript or JavaScript, C#, supported .NET technologies, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Azure API Management (APIM), Microsoft Entra ID authentication and authorization, Azure Managed Identity, and enterprise integration patterns.

- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and relational databases, SQL, data modeling, query optimization, indexing, data migration, transaction management, performance optimization, and data-quality controls.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps (ADO), including scalable and resilient cloud architecture, Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Managed Identity, Microsoft Entra ID authentication and authorization, Azure Application Insights, source control, backlogs and work items, CI/CD pipelines, environment configuration, secrets management, monitoring, and production support.

- Experience applying secure software development, automated testing, code review, performance, resiliency, accessibility, privacy, and auditability practices.

- Experience producing high-level and low-level designs, API specifications, data models, deployment documentation, technical estimates, root-cause analyses, and support handover materials.

- Strong communication, mentoring, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with experience working in SAFe Agile and multicultural delivery teams. Preferred qualifications:

- Experience applying GitHub Copilot, AI, Generative AI, intelligent agents, scripting, and developer tooling to improve software engineering quality and productivity within enterprise security and responsible AI requirements.
