Expected Annual Salary: ¥3,100,000 and up
※Includes the contract renewal bonus
Starting monthly salary: ¥250,000 and up

■ Job Description \& Responsibilities
As a Native English Teacher at Kids Duo, you will create an engaging and enjoyable
English-speaking environment where children can learn naturally through communication,
activities, games, and daily interaction.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Delivering energetic and engaging English lessons based on the Kids Duo
curriculum
Finding creative ways to encourage children to participate and communicate in
English
Providing children with fun, meaningful, and memorable learning experiences
Supporting each child\'s personal development, confidence, and communication
skills
Preparing lessons, activities, events, and classroom materials
Following the Kids Duo lesson framework while bringing your own creativity,
personality, and teaching style to the classroom
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe school environment
Planning and supporting school events such as:
o Halloween
o Christmas
o Seasonal School programs (Spring, Summer, and Winter)
o Spelling Bees
o Speech Contests
o Other special school events
Communicating with parents through face-to-face counseling and regular school
communication
Supporting promotional activities and school events when required
■ Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break
Actual working hours: 8 hours per day
Standard working hours are generally 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
※ During Seasonal School programs, special events, and school activities, working hours
may be scheduled between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Candidates with previous teaching or childcare experience will be given strong
