Native English Teacher at IT×English Conversation School for kids

We operate an English school that integrates AI and English. We opened "Smart Kids English" in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, in June 2017. This time, we are looking for a teacher to conduct 1-on-1 private lessons at our Futako-Tamagawa school. Currently, there are 3 teachers on staff. We welcome a diverse range of candidates who wish to utilize their English skills to contribute to the future of children and society. \[About the position] You will be responsible for conducting 1-on-1 private lessons (English conversation) for elementary, junior high, and high school students. Currently, many returnees and children attending international schools are enrolled. Our curriculum is designed to teach English effectively using IT and AI. AI is used to analyze lesson content, diagnose children's English levels, and generate progress reports. Lessons will be held face-to-face at the school or online via Zoom. Textbooks or online teaching materials are used, depending on the student's level. In addition to regular English lessons, we also offer Eiken preparation and programming in English. Your duty includes… Conducting face-to-face and online lessons with children at the school Teaching English and motivating children in their English learning Creating post-lesson reports Planning and managing events within the school \[Qualification] University graduate Experience teaching English to children and teaching online Basic PC knowledge (Ability to use Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.) Successful applicants will be required to submit a valid TEFL/TESOL certificate. Strong candidate for this position would be WHO : Enjoys communicating with children Is flexible and possesses strong communication skills Is motivated to contribute to a better future for children and society *Experience teaching lessons to toddlers/young children is a plus. *Experience teaching programming in English is a plus. \[Working hours] 12:30pm-9:30pm Tuesday to Friday 9:30am-6:30pm Saturday You will work 5 days a week.
