As a Motor Claims Handler, you'll manage a varied caseload, guiding customers through what can often be a difficult time. From the initial notification of a claim through to settlement, you’ll gain exposure to every stage of the claims journey, including liability investigations, vehicle damage, credit hire and injury-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your expertise beyond a single area of claims and develop into a well-rounded claims professional.
You'll be empowered to take increasing ownership of your claims, making informed decisions, conducting investigations and driving claims towards timely and fair resolutions.
