We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Manager to own mobile app growth across paid acquisition, ASO, subscription conversion, retention, revenue, and profit.
You should have practical experience with Apple Search Ads, end-to-end ASO across the App Store and Google Play, and at least one additional paid channel such as Meta, TikTok, or Google. We are open to experienced operators or exceptional early-career candidates with strong analytical ability, creativity, and evidence of measurable results.
Work from anywhere, flexible hours, unlimited leave, direct founder access, and significant ownership. No degree required.
