Job Summary
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Azure Specialist with 10+ years of cloud engineering experience , including extensive expertise in Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will design, implement, secure, and optimize enterprise-scale Azure cloud solutions while providing technical leadership for cloud architecture, automation, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, and cloud modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Architect enterprise-grade Azure networking solutions, including Virtual Networks, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway, and Load Balancer.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates .
- Design, deploy, and manage production-grade Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters and containerized workloads.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions to support automated application deployments.
- Implement Azure security best practices, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Key Vault, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, RBAC, and Zero Trust principles.
- Automate cloud provisioning, configuration management, and operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python .
- Monitor cloud environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights while driving reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
- Lead cloud migration, modernization, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity initiatives.
- Collaborate with development, security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to establish cloud governance and engineering best practices.
- Mentor engineers, conduct architecture reviews, and provide technical leadership on enterprise cloud initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.

10+ years of IT and cloud engineering experience , including 5+ years designing and managing Microsoft Azure environments .
- Deep expertise in Azure compute, networking, storage, identity, security, and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates for Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong experience deploying and managing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) in production environments.
- Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions .
- Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python .
- Experience implementing Azure governance, monitoring, security, compliance, and cost optimization strategies.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert , Azure DevOps Engineer Expert , or other advanced Azure certifications.
- Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and multi-cloud environments (AWS or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of FinOps , cloud governance, cost optimization, and cloud security frameworks.
- Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd .
- Experience supporting regulated environments such as HIPAA, PCI-D
