- Tell our video editors which angles, hooks and videos to make more of, based on what's winning

- Help run our Google Ads and Microsoft Ads search campaigns

- Work with our marketing and sales team in weekly huddles, ClickUp, Slack and Google Drive

YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU

- Have already managed $50,000+ in Facebook & Instagram lead-gen ad spend

- Have 2+ years running Meta lead-generation campaigns (Google Ads is a big plus)

- Can write direct-response ad copy and produce ad creatives with AI tools

- Understand avatars, angles, offers and A/B testing, and how they lower cost per lead

- Can manage 30+ ad accounts at once and keep them all at KPI

- Are proficient in English and can work 9am-5pm U.S. Eastern, Monday-Friday

- Have reliable internet with a backup, a home setup and a webcam

WHAT YOU GET

Paid training, bi-weekly pay with no transaction fees, paid U.S. holidays, paid time off and sick days, direct work with our CEO and team, and real room to grow.
