- Maintain familiarity - current smart phone apps, services, networks, trends
- New product launches/workflow changes/brief the team
- Knowledge Base, & Macros - priority levels, tagging logic, escalations
- Maintain team scheduling rotation 365
- Lead team mtgs - keep the team aligned/connected 
- Recurring cross-functional mtgs, translating updates into actionable guidance
- Point of contact for other teams/select client contacts
