Medical Scribes Team Lead | WFH

Account specific roles and responsibilities: Daily Operations - Plan daily workflow and assignments. - Monitor productivity and 40-chart target. - Manage coverage, pending tasks, and workload. Quality Management - Audit scribe documentation for accuracy and completeness. - Track quality trends and provide weekly reports. Coaching & Development - Conduct coaching and performance reviews. - Create improvement plans and apply feedback. Reporting - Prepare weekly production and issue reports. - Provide leadership updates. Training & Support - Train and onboard new scribes. - Provide ongoing support, feedback, and escalation.
