# Media Graphic Designer – Social Media, Video & Reels

**Pay:** $3.00 USD per hour

**Schedule:** 20–40 hours per week

**Payment:** Biweekly via Wise

**Position:** Long-Term Remote Position

**Start Date:** Immediately

## About the Position

HSA is hiring a creative and dependable **Media Graphic Designer** for a long-term position creating social media graphics, marketing content, short-form videos, and Reels.

We have established branding standards and templates. You must be able to follow these guidelines accurately while still creating fresh, professional, eye-catching content that appeals to consumers.

This position requires more than basic Canva skills. You must understand **professional graphic design, branding, color theory, typography, composition, consumer-focused design, video editing, and AI-assisted creative tools.**

## Required Software & Skills

You **must have working knowledge and experience with:**

* **Adobe Photoshop**

* **Adobe Illustrator**

* **CapCut**

* **AI design and content-creation tools**

* Graphic design and image editing

* Video editing

* Reels and short-form video creation

* Social media content creation

* Branding and brand consistency

* Color theory and color combinations

* Typography and visual hierarchy

* Layout and composition

* Product-focused marketing graphics

* Following established branding templates precisely

You should understand how to use AI tools to improve productivity and assist with creative workflows while still being able to recognize and correct inaccurate or poor-quality AI-generated content.

## Responsibilities

You will create and edit:

* Social media graphics

* Product advertisements

* Promotional graphics

* Reels and short-form videos

* Product videos

* Video clips with transitions, text, music, and effects

* Branded marketing materials

* Content adapted for different social media platforms

You will be expected to work from existing HSA branding templates and maintain the correct **logos, fonts, colors, layouts, proportions, and overall brand identity**.

Attention to detail is extremely important.

## Hours & Growth

This position starts with a training period:

**First 4 weeks:** Up to 20 hours per week

**After approximately 60 days:** Up to 30 hours per week

**After approximately 90 days:** Up to 40 hours per week

Hours may increase sooner if training is completed early and you demonstrate the required skill level, reliability, productivity, and ability to follow our branding standards.

This is intended to be a **long-term position**, not a temporary freelance project.

## Compensation

Starting pay is **$3.00 USD per hour**.

Payments are made **biweekly through Wise**.

All working hours must be documented through the company's approved **time-proof/time-tracking system**.

## Additional Requirements

You must:

* Sign an NDA/confidentiality agreement

* Use required time-tracking software

* Have reliable internet access

* Communicate consistently

* Follow written and visual instructions carefully

* Meet deadlines

* Accept feedback and make revisions

* Maintain confidentiality

* Be interested in a long-term position
