Media Buyer Objectives

- Own paid media execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels for a portfolio of consumer brands

- Launch, scale, and optimize campaigns against ROAS, CAC, and MER targets

- Lead structured creative testing programs in partnership with creative strategists and designers

- Build clear, executive-level reporting on spend, performance, and insights

What You'll Bring

- 3+ years managing paid social and paid search budgets with real revenue accountability

- Deep platform expertise: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads; programmatic a plus

- Analytical and data-driven: you live in dashboards and make decisions from numbers

- Proven track record scaling accounts profitably

- Comfortable owning client communication on performance
