About the Role

You will look after a portfolioof US clients using an in house marketing platform, and your job is to makesure they actually get value out of it. That starts with onboarding: connectingtheir website and social accounts, setting up features like CTA pop ups, andwalking them through how the platform works. It does not stop there. Once theyare running, you are the person they come to for advice on what to post, howoften, what their email campaigns should say, and why their landing page is notconverting.

A lot of that advice turns intowork you do yourself. You will write marketing copy for emails, social posts,landing pages and campaigns. You will build content examples and templatesclients can adapt. You will put together onboarding guides and tutorials thatanswer the questions you keep getting asked, so clients can help themselvesnext time.

You will also be close to theproduct. Client feedback you collect goes to the people who build the platform,so what you hear actually changes what gets made.
What You'll Be Doing

•Onboarding new clients onto the platform, from accountconnection through to feature setup, and making sure they know how to use it

•Advising clients on social media planning, postingfrequency, content calendars and audience engagement

•Writing and refining marketing copy for emails, socialposts, website content, landing pages and campaigns

•Creating content examples, templates and creativeassets clients can adapt for their own marketing

•Giving practical guidance on SEO, keyword research, GEO(visibility in AI powered search), email campaigns and paid advertising

•Answering client questions, troubleshooting setupissues, and escalating technical requests to the right internal team

•Building onboarding materials, user guides andtutorials that reduce the questions coming back to you
- Tracking platform adoption and feeding clientfeedback and feature requests to the product team

Requirements
What You'll Need

•At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing,content marketing, marketing operations, customer success or a closely relatedrole

•Experience dealing directly with external clients,including over calls and video, not only internal stakeholders

•Strong written English and genuine copywriting ability.Writing marketing copy is a regular part of this job, not an occasional extra

•Hands on experience across at least two of thefollowing: social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, orcreative content production

•A good working understanding of digital marketingfundamentals and how different channels bring in and hold an audience

•The ability to explain marketing concepts and softwareclearly to people with very different levels of experience

•Comfortable picking up new software quickly and thenteaching it to someone else

•Available to work 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Philippine time,Monday to Friday, on an ongoing basis
Nice to Have

•Experience in client onboarding, customer success,account management or SaaS support

•Background in B2B marketing, fintech, trading or othertechnology driven industries

•Experience running software demonstrations, trainingsessions or webinars

•Basic design skills and the ability to create marketingassets independently in Canva, Figma or similar

•Familiarity with HubSpot, Intercom, Google Analytics,Ahrefs, Beehiiv, Brevo, Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager

•Experience writing help documentation, tutorials oreducational content

•Understanding of GEO and AI powered search visibility

Before You Apply
