You'll report to our Head of Growth and work alongside our growth team. We're flat by design: no ladder to climb, and growth comes from scope and ownership. We work remotely within the US, with a strong preference for NYC-based candidates.

This Role:

Health plans are central to Aradigm’s growth, with this hire serving a critical role in supporting the robust and accelerating health plan pipeline. You’ll drive the regional health plan pipeline across all lines of business and build the proposals, pricing, and analysis that win partnerships, working directly with the Head of Growth and the leadership team.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive the regional health plan pipeline, including prioritizing targets across segments and lines of business, tracking progress, and reporting out to leadership.
- Build proposals, pricing and ROI models, and presentations tailored to each plan’s CGT exposure, working with our data team.
- Draft and manage RFP and diligence responses, coordinating inputs from network, clinical, product, and legal.
- Shape value propositions and messaging for different plan audiences, including medical, pharmacy, network, actuarial, and finance leaders.
- Run market and competitive analyses to inform growth strategy.
- Prepare for and attend conferences and strategic partner meetings.

Who You Are:
- 4-6+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, growth, and/or digital health startups (payer, PBM, pharma services, or value-based care preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex policy, financial, or clinical information.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills - comfortable translating technical content into strategic narratives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Mission-driven with interest in access, affordability, and innovation in healthcare.
