About the role:

Driven by growth and ambitious targets, the Pricing & Operations Strategy team is seeking a Manager focused on tactical execution, business partnering support, and financial modeling. This role will support with protecting gross margins, accelerate sales cycles, and deliver analytical support across the organization to unlock high-impact revenue and margin initiatives.
What you’ll do:

Cost-to-Serve Modeling : Own, update, and refine cost-to-serve models to ensure pricing accuracy and unit-economic margin protection.

Cross-Functional Enablement : Support cross-functional teams on deal desk inquiries, retention strategies, capacity insights, and other initiatives.

Financial Operations : Manage monthly and quarterly close activities and regular cadence deliverables.

Business Unit Growth : Provide support to scale Gia and Contractor lines of business.

Ad-Hoc Execution : Deliver high-quality analytical support as needed.

What we’re looking for:
Minimum requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.

- 5+ years of relevant experience (FP&A, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, or similar).

- Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L mechanics, and forecasting processes.

- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience working with large datasets.

- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to connect drivers to outcomes.

- Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience with SQL, PowerPivot, PowerQuery or other data querying tools preferred.

- Experience working in a fast paced, high growth environment

Preferred requirements:

- Relevant financial experience, particularly in cost-to-serve, revenue, and activations.

- Strong cross-functional experiences across multiple stakeholders and leadership levels

- Advanced Excel skills with experience using PowerPivot, PowerQuery, and shortcuts

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $110,400.00 - $138,000 plus variable compensation.
