The Opportunity

As the Manager, GTM Enablement, you'll build and run the enablement programs that keep our revenue organization equipped to do their jobs well. You'll create the trainings, playbooks, and tools our customer-facing teams use every day, keep them current, and make sure people actually use them. You'll also manage a small team, splitting your time between hands-on content creation, program delivery, and day-to-day coaching of your direct reports.

This is a builder-and-doer role. You'll work closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, RevOps, and People teams to spot skill and process gaps, then roll up your sleeves to fix them — writing content, running training sessions, updating systems, and troubleshooting adoption issues as they come up.
Responsibilities

-
Build, run, and maintain onboarding programs for new hires across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success — including scheduling, content delivery, and tracking completion/certification.

-
Create and update playbooks, battlecards, call guides, FAQs, and other reference materials, keeping them current as products, pricing, and processes change.

-
Run regular training sessions (live and recorded) on new products, features, process changes, and skill-building topics; manage the content calendar for ongoing learning.

-
Maintain and administer enablement tools (LMS, Highspot/Seismic, Gong, etc.) — uploading content, organizing libraries, managing user access, and fixing broken links or outdated materials.

-
Support product launches and process rollouts by producing launch-specific training materials, FAQs, and job aids, and by running enablement sessions tied to the rollout timeline.

-
Coach individual reps and small groups directly — sitting in on calls, reviewing recordings, and giving targeted feedback alongside frontline managers.

-
Track basic usage and completion metrics (training completion rates, content views, certification pass rates) and report on them regularly; adjust content based on what isn't landing.

-
Manage day-to-day workload and priorities for a small team of enablement professionals — assigning projects, reviewing their content/output, and providing regular coaching.

-
Respond to ad hoc requests from Sales/CS/AM managers for specific training, content, or coaching support.

-
Gather feedback from reps and managers on what's working/not working, and use it to iterate on existing programs.

Requirements

-
5+ years of hands-on experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Customer Success Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related field, including building training content and running programs directly (people-management experience is a plus, not required to have led large teams).

-
Experience creating training materials, playbooks, and job aids from scratch — you're comfortable writing content, not just directing others to write it.

-
Comfortable presenting/training in front of groups (live and virtual) on a regular basis.

-
Working knowledge of revenue tech
