ROLE OVERVIEW

Serve as a strategic Finance Business Parter for Revenue, delivering analytical insights and driving cross-functional alignment to support executive level decision making. Lead comprehensive revenue growth initiatives, spearhead complex payor negotiation strategies, and oversee advanced financial modeling, database analytics, and process automation workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES  

- Strategic Financial Leadership & Growth:

Drive revenue growth initiatives and partner with operational and business development stakeholders to develop and implement strategies

- Payor Negotiations & Reimbursement:

-
Spearhead payor negotiation strategies with payer engagement leadership byleveragingsophisticated contract modeling to maximize net revenue per visit growth.

Advanced Analytical & Process Automation:

-
Lead the development and execution of custom Financial Analysis and Planning internal tooling, including building customPowerBIandPowerQuerymodels to streamline financial and forecast reporting.

- Revenue Cycle & Chargemaster Management:

-
Partner directly with Revenue Cycle Management to oversee Chargemaster Data Management, manage Payor Fee Schedules audits, andevaluation ofSelf-Pay.

- CMS Regulations & Behavioral Services:

-
Monitor and analyze CMS Medicare guidelines and regulatory changes, evaluating their direct financial and operational impact on Behavioral Professional Services.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

-
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to interpret operational and VBC data, translating complex financial trends into actionable corporate strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, businessadministrationor relevant fieldrequired

-
7+ years of experience in an analytical role, such as financial planning & analysis (FP&A)

Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices; strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, both internal and external, and financial modeling

Professional Healthcare Fee Schedule modeling preferred

- Experience as a People Leader preferred

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to give results with data

Expertproficiencyin Excel and a solid understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

- SQL experience preferred
